From one success to sharing the magic
It started with meeting teams face-to-face. Same questions, same conversations about improvement - but many teams felt stuck. They knew they needed to improve but didn't know how. Training helped, talking to colleagues helped, but what they really needed was an agile coach whispering in their ear with personalized inspiration.

Not telling them what to do, but inspiring them with possibilities they could pick and choose based on their context.
But here's the best part: It triggered conversations across the entire organization. Silos started breaking down as teams discovered others who were crushing it in areas they struggled with. A wave of improvement work spread organically, driven by the teams themselves.
