Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use ImprovoMagic.
Free Starter Plan: Free forever with limitations (1 team, 3 AI reports/week, 5 AI chats/week, unlimited assessment history)
Paid Plans: Growth (€29/mo) and Scale (€99/mo) with expanded features
Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal. Cancel anytime - no hidden fees.
Refunds: We offer 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Just email us.

What You Own: You retain all rights to your assessment data and team information.
What We Can Do: We can use your data to provide the service, generate AI insights, and improve ImprovoMagic.
What We Won't Do: We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

We work hard to keep ImprovoMagic running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or technical issues beyond our control.
ImprovoMagic uses AI to generate insights and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI isn't perfect. Use the insights as guidance, not absolute truth. You're responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your paid subscription anytime. You'll have access until the end of your billing period.
Delete Your Account: Request account deletion from your privacy settings. We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete everything.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
ImprovoMagic is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
